Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and admission to practice in GA, FL, or NC (office location dependent).
• At least four years of transactional real estate experience representing homebuilders, master-planned community developers, multifamily and mixed-use developers, commercial property owners, and other sophisticated clients.
• Strong contract negotiation, drafting, title and survey review, and closing matters experience.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple deadlines; excellent organization and communication skills.

• Represent homebuilders and developers in transactional real estate matters.
• Negotiate and draft contracts, review titles and surveys, and manage closings.
• Contribute to national client matters as part of a team of attorneys and staff.
• Coordinate contract administration and ensure compliance across matters.
