Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-level associate with 3–6 years of Real Estate experience to join its Pittsburgh office. You will work on sophisticated commercial real estate and finance transactions, providing business-oriented legal advice in a globally connected platform.

The role requires drafting and negotiating transaction documents, overseeing due diligence, and coordinating closings while collaborating with a national team. Pennsylvania license or eligibility strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in commercial real estate or real estate finance.
• Experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of title, survey, zoning, and property rights.
• Ability to identify and solve complex legal issues.
• High-quality drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and joint ventures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and related documents.
• Oversee due diligence, deal structuring, and closing coordination.
• Conduct title, survey, zoning, and lease reviews.
• Identify legal and financial risks and prepare mitigation strategies.
• Serve as a key contact for clients and manage timelines and junior team members.
