Qualifications

• Experience handling sophisticated real estate transactions from inception through closing.

• Coordinate diligence and coordinate closings with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents including purchase agreements and leases.
• Conduct and manage due diligence, including title and survey analysis.
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development projects, and leasing matters.
• Coordinate transaction closings and post-closing matters with attorneys across practices.
