Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission in good standing.
• 3–5 years of relevant real estate transactional experience.
• Strong legal writing, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with title and survey review, zoning/condominium review, and diligence components.
• Experience coordinating closings and managing transaction documents from signing through closing.
• Experience on complex commercial real estate purchase, finance, development, leasing, and/or investment transactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents (purchase & sale, joint venture, loan, closing deliverables).
• Support or manage acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets and related financings.
• Assist with real estate finance transactions, including loan documents and senior/mezzanine concepts.
• Support commercial leasing matters for landlords or tenants.
• Assist with deal structure, risk allocation, and transaction strategy analysis.
• Conduct and manage due diligence including title, survey, zoning, environmental, and organizational documents.
• Prepare closing checklists and coordinate closings with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel.
