Job summary

Gamoran Legal Consulting seeks a Real Estate Associate for its Dallas office to handle sophisticated real estate transactions spanning acquisitions, dispositions, lending, and development. The role offers the chance to work on complex matters with seasoned attorneys and contribute to significant real estate investments.

The ideal candidate has 2-6 years of real estate experience, ideally in a BigLaw setting, and is admitted to or eligible for Texas bar admission.

Qualifications

2-6 years of experience in real estate transactions, preferably within a BigLaw firm.
Experience in acquisitions, dispositions, lending, joint ventures, leasing, construction, development, land use, entitlements or low-income housing tax credit transactions.

Responsibilities

Advise on a range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and lending.
Support joint ventures, leasing, construction, and development matters.
Assist with land use, entitlements, and/or low-income housing tax credit transactions, as applicable to your experience.
Collaborate with experienced attorneys to help clients navigate complex real estate transactions.
