Job summary

JLL is seeking an early-career brokerage support analyst to assist leasing and sales projects and to contribute to high-quality client deliverables. The role emphasizes creating financial models, preparing materials, and supporting due diligence with strong attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will handle data gathering, market analysis, and presentation support while collaborating with brokerage teams to drive strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Entry level to 3+ years in commercial real estate.
• Strong computer orientation and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare offering materials for new or existing assignments and pursuits using effective work planning.
• Create sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools including macro-enabled financial models and ad-hoc analyses.
• Assist with the preparations of presentation and pitch materials for new business pursuits.
• Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data for client deliverables and valuation models.
• Review real estate documents and prepare abstracts for clients and prospects.
• Track, manage, and report project progress as a single point of contact.
• Review client portfolio data, legal documents, and materials as part of due diligence.
