• Preferred experience includes acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, zoning, land use, construction, tax appeals and condemnation, easements, subdivision and land use law, common interest communities, and local government matters.
• Preferred experience also includes structuring and negotiating financing transactions, such as real estate-secured loans, bridge and construction financings, joint ventures, capital partnerships, preferred equity arrangements, and deferred purchase price structures.
