CapCenter seeks a Client Experience Attorney to lead the real estate closing practice and oversee mortgage transactions. You will oversee closings, draft documents, and drive process improvements for a seamless client experience.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in transactional real estate law, a Virginia license, and leadership skills to mentor a high-volume team. This role combines legal oversight with operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Active law license and J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Virginia.
Minimum of 7 years of real estate law experience with transactional focus.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the firm’s real estate closing practice, including mortgage and transactional workflows.
Draft and review real estate and mortgage-related documents with precision and efficiency.
Develop, implement, and refine best practices to improve client service delivery.
Identify inefficiencies and partner with technology teams to automate and streamline processes.
Train, mentor, and lead team members to ensure high-quality execution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, sales, finance, and marketing.
Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Lead efforts to enhance client experience across all stages of real estate transactions.
