Qualifications

• The candidate holds a J.D. from an accredited law school and is admitted to practice law in Virginia or eligible for admission.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
• High standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity, with client-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead closing operations across mortgage, title, and real estate teams with precision.
• Manage day-to-day workflow of closing operations and drive process improvements.
• Provide in-house counsel guidance on legal, title, and compliance requirements.
• Perform transaction quality control by reviewing documents for accuracy and risk before closing.

Education
