You will guide users through the platform, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues with empathy and clarity. This role emphasizes customer focus, collaboration, and professional growth.

You’ll work with a fast-paced team, using Zendesk and JIRA, and you’ll help improve the rental experience for thousands of users while maintaining a high standard of service and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in high-volume inbound support.
• Experience at a fast-growth technology company is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of avail products and services.
• Guide and support customers through phone and email channels in the renter/landlord lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot low to medium complexity issues.
• Answer landlords and tenants questions on topics such as leases and payments.
