EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Director to lead and expand our Real Estate Tax practice in the United States. You will work closely with partners to serve sophisticated real estate clients, providing technical guidance and developing high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in REITs, REPE funds, and real estate partnerships, with a focus on complex transactions and client development. Hybrid work options and a strong culture are emphasized.

Formación

• CPA required or preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• Demonstrated leadership of client engagements and tax professionals
• Experience managing complex client relationships
• Proven business development and practice growth experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex real estate tax engagements and client relationships
• Serve as a trusted advisor to real estate owners, investors, funds, and operating businesses
• Provide technical guidance on sophisticated tax matters
• Review and oversee compliance and consulting engagements
• Advise clients on transactions, restructurings, acquisitions, and dispositions
• Mentor Senior Managers, Managers, and Staff
• Collaborate with partners on practice growth initiatives
• Participate in business development and market-facing activities
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and service offerings
