EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Director to lead and expand our real estate tax practice. You will work with partners and leadership to guide sophisticated real estate clients, provide technical guidance, identify growth opportunities, and build high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in REITs, REPE, real estate funds, and related tax areas, with a focus on complex transactions and partnerships. Join a firm that values collaboration, innovation, and client impact.

Qualifikationen

• CPA required or preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• Demonstrated leadership of client engagements and tax professionals
• Experience managing complex client relationships and business development preferred

Aufgaben

• Lead complex real estate tax engagements and client relationships
• Serve as a trusted advisor to real estate owners, investors, funds, and operating businesses
• Provide technical guidance on sophisticated tax matters
• Review and oversee compliance and consulting engagements
• Advise clients on transactions, restructurings, acquisitions, and dispositions
• Mentor Senior Managers, Managers, and Staff
• Collaborate with partners on practice growth initiatives
• Participate in business development and market-facing activities
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and service offerings
