Qualifications

• CPA required or preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive public accounting experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of client engagements and tax professionals; experience managing complex client relationships.
• Proven business development and practice growth experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex real estate tax engagements and client relationships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to real estate owners, investors, funds, and operating businesses.
• Provide technical guidance on sophisticated tax matters.
• Review and oversee compliance and consulting engagements.
• Advise clients on transactions, restructurings, acquisitions, and dispositions.
• Mentor Senior Managers, Managers, and Staff.
• Collaborate with partners on practice growth initiatives.
• Participate in business development and market-facing activities.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and service offerings.
