Qualifications

• Candidates should be enrolled in Texas real estate licensing classes or planning to start soon.
• Able to balance a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends for property showings.
• Comfort with learning and using new sales tools and AI-assisted systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist top-producing agents by hosting open houses, showing properties to prospective buyers, and opening doors across DFW.
• Learn market trends, property evaluation, and customer service firsthand.
• Master modern AI technology and sales systems used by elite agents.
• Work toward obtaining your Texas Real Estate License with full mentorship and guidance from our team.
