i-Lead Realty Group, affiliated with eXp Realty, invites motivated individuals to join as Showing Assistants in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

You'll support top agents by hosting open houses, showing properties, and learning market trends while pursuing your Texas Real Estate License with mentorship. A flexible pay structure helps you earn as you learn and fast-track toward independence as a licensed agent.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be enrolled in Texas real estate licensing classes or planning to start soon.
• Able to balance a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends for property showings.
• Comfort with learning and using new sales tools and AI-assisted systems.
