Job Overview

In‑Person/Field – Active California Real Estate License Required. Robert Colello & Associates (RJC) is a professional real estate team in San Diego County. The role focuses on representing buyers through a system‑based process rather than building a personal client base or generating leads.

Responsibilities

• Be assigned to buyers and added to a group text with Robert and his assistant.
• Monitor MLS auto‑searches set up by the assistant and flag properties worth showing.
• Schedule showings when buyers identify properties they want to see.
• Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for each appointment.
• Show properties using RJC buyer scripts, have the client rate each property 1 to 10, and share positives and negatives.
• Take detailed notes and send a showing summary to RJC after every showing.
• Complete the AVID (Agent Visual Inspection Disclosure) as required.
• Attend property inspections, final walk‑throughs, repeat showings, and contractor appointments.
• Meet contractors at the property for estimates and inspections.
• Write and submit offers when needed.
• Attend all weekly team meetings via Zoom or in person.
• Provide your availability schedule every two weeks.
• Refer all personal listings to Robert Colello & Associates.
• Handle open house assignments when requested – turn in sign‑in sheets the same day, follow up on all leads within 24 hours.
• Always speak as “we” or “Robert asked me to” – never as an independent agent.
• No independent contact with clients after the sale without RJC approval.
• No coffee, lunches, or outings with clients without RJC approval.
• Do not add clients to any CRM, marketing program, or database.

Qualifications

• Active California Real Estate License.
• Reliable transportation for showings throughout San Diego County.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving team text environment with quick response expectations.
• Professional, warm, and client‑focused in every interaction.
• Ability to manage your own schedule around buyer needs.
• DISC profile submission preferred – include with your application if you have one.
