Job summary

Showami connects licensed real estate agents to assist with buyer showings. We are seeking licensed agents in Englewood and surrounding areas to show homes.

Showami is not a brokerage; agents stay with their current brokerage and join a network described as “The Uber of Real Estate.” We provide Showing Assistants in Colorado. As a showing agent, you will schedule and conduct showings using an electronic lockbox and MLS access.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed real estate agent.
• Must have MLS access and the ability to schedule/show homes using an electronic lockbox.
• Experience showing homes in the greater Englewood area.

Responsibilities

• Show homes in Englewood and surrounding areas for clients.
• Coordinate showings via electronic lockbox and MLS.
• You are paid per home shown, with potential tips.

Job description

Showami is a service that connects licensed real estate agents with other licensed real estate agents to assist with buyer showings. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Englewoodand surrounding areas to show homes.

Requirements

• You must be a currently licensed real estate agent
• You must have access to the MLS
• You must have experience showing homes in the greater Englewood area.
• You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox

Showing Agents will be paid an average of $32 per home shown with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.

Showami is not a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage. We are a service that connects agents and have been called "The Uber of Real Estate". We provide Showing Assistants in Colorado.

You must have full MLS access and the ability to schedule and show homes using an electronic lockbox.
