Job summary

Showami is seeking licensed real estate agents in Colorado to show homes in Fairplay and surrounding areas. Agents must be licensed, have MLS access, and be comfortable showing properties using electronic lockboxes.

Compensation is per home shown, with an average of $32 per home and potential tips for high-quality service. Agents remain with their current brokerage while joining Showami’s network for Showing Assistants in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed real estate agent.
• Must have MLS access.
• Experience showing homes in the Fairplay area.
• Ability to show homes using an electronic lockbox.

Responsibilities

• Show homes to potential buyers as assigned.
• Coordinate with clients and listing agents.
• Maintain professional communication and schedules.

Job description

Showami is a service that connects licensed real estate agents with other licensed real estate agents to assist with buyer showings. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Fairplayand surrounding areas to show homes.

Requirements:

• You must be a currently licensed real estate agent
• You must have access to the MLS
• You must have experience showing homes in the greater Fairplay area.
• You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox

Showing Agents will be paid an average of $32 per home shown with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.

Showami is not a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage. We are a service that connects agents and have been called "The Uber of Real Estate". We provide Showing Assistants in Colorado.

You must have full MLS access and the ability to schedule and show homes using an electronic lockbox.
