Job summary

Showami is seeking licensed real estate agents to support buyer and rental showings, Open Houses, and related tasks in Palatka, Florida. You will be paid per showing, with potential tips for quality work, and you remain with your current brokerage as Showami connects agents to clients as a "Uber of Real Estate".

Requirements include current real estate license, MLS access, and experience showing homes in the Palatka area.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with buyer and rental showings and Open Houses.
• Complete light inspection reports as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate showings using electronic lockboxes for clients.

Job description

Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Palatka and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks.

Requirements:

You must be a currently licensed real estate agent ( We can help you get licensed )

You must have access to the MLS

You must have experience showing homes in the Palatka
area.

You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox

Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.

Showami is not a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage. We are a service that connects agents and have been called "The Uber of Real Estate". We provide Showing Agents and Showing Assistants in Florida.

To participate you must have full MLS access and the ability to schedule and show homes. In many markets that requires the ability to use an electronic lockbox.

If you are unlicensed, Showami can help. We have access to discount real estate licensing classes and can help refer you to brokerages in your area once licensed.
