Job summary

Showami is seeking licensed real estate agents to assist with buyer and rental showings, open houses, and light tasks in Summerville and surrounding areas. You’ll be paid per home shown, with additional tips possible for quality work.

Access to MLS and the ability to schedule and show homes are required. This role connects agents with clients through a service described as the Uber of Real Estate, offering showing opportunities while remaining with your current brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Show homes to clients using an electronic lockbox.

Job description

Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Summerville and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks.

Requirements:

You must be a currently licensed real estate agent ( We can help you get licensed )

You must have access to the MLS

You must have experience showing homes in the Summerville area.

You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox

Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.

Showami is not a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage. We are a service that connects agents and have been called "The Uber of Real Estate". We provide Showing Agents and Showing Assistants in South Carolina.

To participate you must have full MLS access and the ability to schedule and show homes. In many markets that requires the ability to use an electronic lockbox. (if applicable)
