Job summary

Showami is seeking licensed real estate agents in Derry, NH and surrounding areas to assist with buyer and rental showings, open houses, and light inspection tasks. You will schedule and show homes using electronic lockboxes and maintain MLS access while working within your current brokerage.

Agents are paid per home shown, with an average of $34 or more per task and potential tips for quality work. This is a flexible service role joining a network nicknamed "The Uber of Real Estate".

Qualifications

• Currently licensed real estate agent.
• Must have MLS access.
• Experience showing homes in the Derry area.
• Ability to show homes using an electronic lockbox.

Responsibilities

• Show homes for buyers and renters.
• Prepare light inspection reports.

Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Derry and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks.

Requirements:

You must be a currently licensed real estate agent ( We can help you get licensed )

You must have access to the MLS

You must have experience showing homes in Derry area.

You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox

Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.

Showami is not a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage. We are a service that connects agents and have been called "The Uber of Real Estate". We provide Showing Agents and Showing Assistants in New Hampshire.

To participate you must have full MLS access and the ability to schedule and show homes. In many markets that requires the ability to use an electronic lockbox. (if applicable)

If you are unlicensed, Showami can help. We have access to discount real estate licensing classes and can help refer you to brokerages in your area once licensed.
