Job summary

Showami is seeking licensed real estate agents in Somerville, MA to assist with buyer and rental showings, Open Houses, and light inspection work. Agents must have MLS access and be able to schedule and show homes using electronic lockboxes.

Compensation is per task, with typical earnings around $34 per show; opportunities for tips exist for quality work. Agents remain with their current broker; Showami connects agents and has been likened to "The Uber of Real Estate".

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed real estate agent.
• Must have access to MLS and be able to schedule and show homes with lockboxes.
• Experience showing homes in Somerville area is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist buyers and renters with showings, including Open Houses and property tours.
• Prepare light inspection reports and related real estate tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with brokers and clients to facilitate showing appointments.

Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Somerville and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks.

Requirements:

You must be a currently licensed real estate agent ( We can help you get licensed )

You must have access to the MLS

You must have experience showing homes in the Somerville area.

You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox

Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.

Showami is not a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage. We are a service that connects agents and have been called "The Uber of Real Estate". We provide Showing Agents and Showing Assistants in New Jersey.

To participate you must have full MLS access and the ability to schedule and show homes. In many markets that requires the ability to use an electronic lockbox. (if applicable)
