HDR is seeking a Real Estate Services Technician II to perform mid-level technical services for right-of-way projects, including title review and property research. You will coordinate closings and prepare acquisition packages under the direction of a Project Manager, while maintaining data tracking and client reports.

Strong GIS and database skills are preferred. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of relevant experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with

• AA degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with databases and GIS is preferred.
• Experience identifying and correcting typographical, numerical, or structural errors to produce accurate work products.
