Position Overview:

Our Client is seeking a talented Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join their growing legal team. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and outside counsel on a variety of real estate transactions and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate and infrastructure-related agreements, including: Purchase and sale agreements and Joint venture agreements.
• Support due diligence efforts for acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, development, and asset management.

An ideal Candidate would have:

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in transactional Real Estate law.
