Job Details:

Job Location: Scottsdale Office - Scottsdale, AZ, Education Level: JD, Salary Range: Undisclosed, We are currently seeking a Senior Counsel with 7+ years of experience to support our Real Estate Practice Group. The ideal candidate will possess significant real estate transactional experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing and leasing across a variety of commercial real estate asset classes.

Qualified candidates will have substantial experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases and subleases, development agreements, loan and financing documents, easements, restrictive covenants, assignments, guarantees and other agreements related to sophisticated real estate transactions. Experience advising on title, survey, zoning, entitlements, construction and other real estate due diligence matters is also preferred.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex transactions from inception through closing and working collaboratively with clients, opposing counsel and multidisciplinary teams. Experience representing or working in-house with developers, owners, investors, REITs or other institutional real estate companies is highly valued.

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the Arizona and should possess strong drafting, negotiation, communication and organizational skills, as well as excellent academic credentials.
