Job summary

The Cliffs Realty in Arden, NC is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to book Discovery Visits and Real Estate tours for the Asheville Region sales team. You will maintain a database of prospects, coordinate property tours, and support listings with MLS/Property Base, including closings and contract documentation.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of professional sales experience, a North Carolina real estate license (or ability to obtain within 6 months), strong phone and communication

Qualifications

• Two-year minimum professional sales experience with upscale properties preferred.
• Professional phone skills with excellent customer service.
• NC real estate license required or able to obtain within 6 months.
• Excellent oral and written communication; sales and goal oriented.
• Experience with MLS and property database systems; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads and generate tours for Sales Executives via calls, email, and outreach.
• Coordinate property tours and listings with the Asheville Region team.
• Maintain listing data, CMAs, and marketing requests; manage MLS entries.
• Prepare sales reports, trend data, and contract documentation for management.
• Create/edit drone footage and video presentations for listings.
• Ensure all required agreements are completed prior to bookings.
• Follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
