EmpowerHome is seeking motivated Real Estate Sales Agents in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Join a team that provides qualified leads, pre-set appointments, coaching, and full team support to help you grow your production.

You’ll focus on meeting clients, showing homes, writing offers, negotiating contracts, and closing deals, backed by robust systems and Inside Sales support. Active Texas Real Estate License or enrollment is required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Real Estate License or currently enrolled in a Texas real estate licensing program.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients, appointments, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective home buyers and sellers, understand their goals, and provide personalized real estate solutions.
• Use our proven CRM, technology, and sales systems to manage leads, track client interactions, and stay organized throughout the sales process.
• Conduct property showings, listing appointments, and open houses to help clients make confident real estate decisions.
• Prepare and present offers, contracts, and negotiations, advocating for your clients while maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Partner with our Inside Sales team to follow up with qualified, pre-set appointments and convert opportunities into closed transactions.
• Guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate transaction, from the initial consultation through closing.
• Stay current on Dallas-Fort Worth real estate market trends, home values, inventory, and local developments to provide knowledgeable advice and market insights.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience while building a strong pipeline of repeat and referral business.
