Responsibilities
- Assist buyers finding properties and guide sellers to top dollar.
- List and market residential properties to attract buyers.
- Host showings, open houses, and walkthroughs for buyer connections.
- Present and negotiate offers to protect clients' interests.
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closing paperwork.
- Build lasting client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
