Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Willing to obtain a Michigan real estate salesperson license (we'll guide you through every step)
- Complete Coldwell Banker Schmidt, Realtors residential sales training - fully provided at no cost to you
Responsibilities
- Work with home buyers to identify the right properties and neighborhoods for their needs
- List and market residential properties to attract qualified buyers quickly
- Host showings, open houses, and walkthroughs that help buyers connect with a home
- Present and negotiate purchase offers to protect your clients' interests
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and paperwork through to closing
- Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals and repeat home sale business
