Marti Hampton Real Estate is hiring a full-time Real Estate Sales Manager to coach with clarity, lead with high standards, and mentor with emotional intelligence. You'll be responsible for driving real growth—in numbers, skill, consistency, and results. Your job? Build agents who master their craft, hit their goals, and raise the standard of real estate. You should be confident leading training sessions, setting expectations, using a CRM for follow-up, and keeping agents focused on the actions that drive their success. You’ll have everything you need to be successful: a brand that opens doors; Marti Hampton’s live, high-level trainings; full in-house support from marketing, closing, and operations teams; and on-demand coaching from proven performers—personally curated by Marti. Compensation:
$75,000-$100,000 per year
