Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective homebuyers throughout Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads.
• Conduct buyer consultations and secure committed client relationships.
• Identify each buyer’s motivation, goals, timeline, and home-buying needs.
• Help clients identify and evaluate properties.
• Schedule and conduct home showings.
• Educate buyers about local market conditions and the purchasing process.
• Prepare and negotiate offers while protecting your clients’ best interests.
• Help buyers navigate inspections, appraisal, financing, and contract milestones.
• Maintain proactive communication throughout the home-buying process.
• Follow up consistently with new and prospective buyers.
