Responsibilities:

1. Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
2. Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
3. Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
4. Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
5. Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
6. Follow the team plan
7. Set buyer appointments
8. Lead follow up
9. Execute consultations
10. BRE signed
11. Close sales
12. CRM and database mastery

Qualifications:

1. At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
2. Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
3. An established track record of successful real estate sales
4. Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
5. Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
6. A real estate license is required
