Looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. The ideal candidate should possess a valid or ongoing North Carolina real estate license. Responsibilities:

1. Execute a lead generation lever
2. Conduct open houses monthly
3. Convert prospects and lead gen activities to appointments
4. Participate in script practice per team standards
5. Participate in team activities per team standards
6. Commit to 1:1 coaching sessions and training
7. Consult with sellers & buyers to convert to listings
8. Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies
9. Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements
10. Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
11. Attend and promote client events
12. Keep your task in CRM updated

Qualifications:

1. Must be a team player with a collaborative mindset
2. Required to hold a valid real estate license in North Carolina
3. Should have at least 2 years of experience in real estate sales
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
5. Must be eager to learn and grow continuously
6. Strong organizational skills are a must
7. Willingness to master scripts and dialogues is required
8. Exceptional time management abilities are necessary
9. Open to learning and adopting new and improved methods and systems
10. Must possess great listening skills
11. Ability to build quick connections with people is important

Compensation:

$125,000 - $250,000 at plan yearly
