EmpowerHome Team Dallas is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to help buyers and sellers grow their production.

You’ll gain leads, appointments, systems, and support to meet clients, close transactions, and grow a long-term career.

Additionally, a Texas Real Estate License is required, with a full-time commitment and strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills; familiarity with CRM and real estate technology is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Meet with motivated buyers and sellers and understand their goals.

• Conduct property showings and open houses.
• Manage leads, appointments, and your sales pipeline using CRM.
• Deliver a 5-star client experience that drives referrals.
• Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team meetings.
