Qualifications: What You Need: • Active Georgia real estate license • 5+ closed residential transactions (ideally within the past 18 months) • Interest or experience in real estate investing • Confidence working in spreadsheets and analyzing numbers • Strong follow-up skills and natural sales instincts • Full-time availability, Mon–Fri in our Office in the heart of Downtown Decatur (plus evenings/weekends as needed) Bonus if you’ve worked with or own rental properties, co-living units, or managed investment deals. Compensation: $115,000
