Join Our Team as a Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities

  • Complete the PLACE Launch program
  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
  • Guide buyers through the process, secure signed agreements, and help them find their dream homes
  • Skillfully negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
  • Keep track of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Host two open houses each month
  • Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Join in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
  • Engage in team activities according to team standards
  • Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively market their properties
  • Showcase your knowledge in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services

Qualifications

  • You have a natural drive and a competitive edge in sales.
  • You excel at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding solutions.
  • Prospecting and generating leads are your areas of expertise.
  • Handling objections is second nature to you.
  • You communicate effectively and are dedicated to providing excellent service.

  • Over 3 years of experience in real estate sales
