Matthews™ is seeking a self-motivated Real Estate Research Intern to join our Data Services team in Scottsdale, AZ. This part-time position involves over 20 hours of work per week, not exceeding 30 hours during the school year and summer.

The ideal candidate will assist with data import and cleansing within our proprietary database. Key responsibilities include managing contact and property records, conducting research, and supporting record imports.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Add contact, company, and property records into the proprietary database.
• Merge contacts, companies, and properties.
• Research contact and property information.
• Assist in record imports.
• Identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
