Job summary

Matthews Real Estate Investment Services seeks a Graphic Design intern to develop unique visual solutions that grow the Matthews brand in Scottsdale, AZ. You will create marketing materials across print and digital channels, upholding brand standards while collaborating with multiple departments.

The role requires strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, teamwork, and a drive to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience creating marketing materials for print and digital.
• Ability to present ideas clearly through design.
• Familiarity with corporate brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and format digital and print marketing materials including brochures, flyers, invitations, social media posts, postcards, and other marketing collateral.
• Manage projects in a timely manner with collaborating with vendors and various departments of Matthews
• Coordinate with vendors to deliver print materials
• Provide cost analysis of projected quotes
• Coordinate production of materials including gathering printing bids, packaging artwork and assembling final layouts for printers, preparing notes and instructions for printers and other vendors
• Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Must have advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, lnDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere and AfterEffects
• Must be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented

The objective of the Graphic Design intern is to provide unique and compelling visual solutions that will continue to develop the Matthews brand.

The Graphic Design intern should possess the ability to present new ideas clearly through design, stay current with design trends and must have the skills to produce a variety of different marketing materials, all while adhering to corporate brand standards whether for print and digital. The ideal candidate is hard working, highly motivated and excited by new challenges. You thrive in fast-paced and collaborative environments, and hold experience in developing strong marketing materials. We will utilize your talents as we develop messaging for Matthews Real Estate Investment Services and its subsidiaries.

This role is based in our Scottsdale, AZ office.
