Negotiate and manage site control transactions, including purchase options and easements.
Draft, negotiate, and administer real estate agreements for project financing.
Advise on land use permitting, zoning reviews, and regulatory strategy.
Supervise outside counsel when engaged and coordinate in‑house resources.
Provide pragmatic, business‑oriented legal advice to project development teams.
