Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a highly organized Real Estate Specialist to support territory-based Real Estate Directors. The role focuses on managing deal activity, coordinating with landlords and brokers, and creating data-driven site selection packages for leadership review.

You will track construction schedules, maintain portfolio databases, and lead special projects, contributing to efficient execution of store transactions and long-term growth for the real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in real estate, construction, lease administration, or a related field.
• Retail or corporate real estate experience preferred.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to track and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate transactions, documentation, schedules, and deal activity.
• Support deal flow by maintaining landlord relationships and coordinating materials.
• Create and maintain site selection packages with data-driven analyses.
• Develop and maintain real estate tracking databases and portfolio dashboards.
• Track landlord construction schedules and ensure alignment with critical paths.
• Assist Directors with LOI/ELOI packages and site visits.
• Lead special projects on bankruptcies, portfolio initiatives, and process improvements.
• Attend regional ICSC shows and participate in site visits with brokers.
