Job summary

American Lending Center Holdings Inc. is seeking a Project Analyst to support the Project Management team in financing, marketing, and ongoing management of real estate development projects.

The role blends project finance, market analysis, investor relations, and cross-border coordination to support fundraising and monitor execution. You will work with managers, lending partners, developers, and brokers to analyze feasibility, prepare investment materials, track budgets and milestones, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field and internship or experience in project analysis.
• 1–3 years in finance, real estate, consulting, banking, or EB-5 project management.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to build financial models.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze feasibility, capital structure, budgets, and finance performance of EB-5 projects.
• Prepare project pitch decks, investment summaries, FAQs, and marketing materials.
• Track construction progress, spend, financing milestones, and job creation.
• Support fundraising by sharing updates and coordinating project information.
• Collaborate with project managers, lenders, developers, marketing partners, and brokers.
