Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Process Manager, Real Estate Program Management to coordinate business integration processes for large-scale hyperscale data center projects. You will work with design, procurement, construction, finance, legal, sales, and delivery teams to ensure standardized workflows and clear communication across programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years in related fields, with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data center delivery, construction, change management, process management, real estate development, or related fields.
• Experience managing standardized processes and operational workflows.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of coordination for business integration process execution across data center delivery projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams between Legal, Development, Construction, Finance, Operations and Sales.
• Consolidate inputs and deliverables into portfolio-level communications.
• Ensure critical data is accessible and distributed to stakeholders.
