Job summary

Trinity University seeks a tenure-line professor (Assistant/Associate/Professor) for Calgaard Real Estate. The candidate will teach undergraduate finance and real estate courses, manage a 3-2 load, and contribute to curriculum development and experiential learning.

The successful candidate will maintain an active research program, work with industry partners, and participate in service at department, school and university levels. A Ph.D./D.B.A. in finance/real estate is required.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or D.B.A. in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field from AACSB-accredited program.
• Record of teaching in finance/real estate courses and scholarly publications in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate finance and real estate courses (5 courses per academic year, 3-2 load).
• Develop and update course materials; advise students and support academic success.
• Engage in active research and service; build real estate curriculum and partnerships.
