Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate or Accounting, graduating Spring 2027.
• Detail oriented with analytical and organizational skills, plus strong oral and written communication.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; Microsoft Office suite; ARGUS experience a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in real estate and finance.

Responsibilities

• Create financial models using Excel and ARGUS to forecast performance and evaluate returns.
• Assist in transaction execution and due diligence for various product types.
• Research new business opportunities and perform risk analysis.
• Prepare presentation materials and produce monthly cash flow projections.
• Conduct market research and compile data for deal analysis.
• Compile data from internal and external resources for deal analysis.
