Job summary

InforCapital in Dallas recruits recent graduates into the CHC-Real Estate training program, where you will learn to underwrite diverse product types using financial models in Excel and ARGUS. You will work directly with investment directors and asset managers to support strategic decisions across the investment process.

On completion, you will contribute to financial analysis, due diligence, market research, and the preparation of presentation materials, while producing monthly cash flow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate or Accounting.
• Detail oriented with analytical and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated interest in real estate and finance.

Position Summary

CHC-Real Estate offers recent graduates the unique opportunity to assume an integral role in the Real Estate Group by working in both acquisition and asset management capacities across all product types. Analysts will complete a comprehensive training program where they will learn how to underwrite various product types using financial models in Excel and ARGUS. Upon completion of the training program, analysts work directly with investment directors and asset managers to provide support for strategic decisions and participate in all aspects of the investment process.
