Job summary

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP is seeking a Real Estate Program Manager to oversee planning, execution, and governance of our real estate portfolio, including office openings, renovations, and relocations. You will collaborate with technology, real estate teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

The role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, risk, and change management, and reporting to the Director, PMO.

Qualifications

• PMO experience including governance frameworks, portfolio tracking and reporting.
