Job summary

CoStar Group in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an Associate Photographer to capture 3D tours, floor plans, and professional photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will travel within your defined territory to service clients, coordinating with sales and logistics teams to deliver high-quality marketing media.

The role requires real estate photography experience, strong customer service, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Real estate photography experience required.
• At least 2 years of professional photography experience.
• FAA Part 107 Drone license or certification within 30 days.
• Strong time management and detail orientation.
• Ability to lift/carry gear and work in real estate settings.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro3 cameras.
• Photograph residential properties for marketing.
• Coordinate with scheduling, dispatch, and sales teams.
• Represent CoStar professionally with clients.
• Maintain safety standards and local driving.
