Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Photographer in Sacramento, CA to capture 3-D virtual tours and high-quality real estate photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will travel across defined territories, schedule sessions, and deliver compelling visuals for property marketing.

The role requires real estate photography experience, a valid driver's license, and strong data entry and communication skills in a fast-paced, independent work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Real Estate Photography experience required.
• Experience working as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Be an experienced Drone Photographer with a FAA Part 107 License/Certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time management skills and very detailed oriented.
• Capability to accurately capture and enter data.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications. Additionally, Apple IOS products.
• Enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Field experience preferred.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing efforts on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3-D tours and footprints.
• Create a portfolio of photographs to feature homes and apartments.
• Work with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
• Communicate with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to evaluate priorities and tasks.
• Own the market by surveying one-mile grids to identify inventory and photograph properties.
• Abide by safety standards to safeguard vehicle and equipment.
• Represent CoStar professionally at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
