The role involves preparing contracts, calendaring deadlines, and coordinating with clients, real estate agents, and other offices to ensure smooth closings.

The ideal candidate has a paralegal education and at least 2 years of real estate experience, with strong Excel skills and excellent organizational and communication abilities to manage

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in paralegal studies or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a real estate paralegal.
• Extensive knowledge of real estate documents.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Superb organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assess contracts, calendar deadlines, and manage files through and after closing.
• Facilitate communication with clients, real estate agents and other law offices.
• Conduct occasional research and distribute real estate documents.
• Analyze title documents and legal descriptions of property when necessary.
• Answer client questions and escalate serious concerns.
• Prepare and submit accurate legal documents in a timely manner.
