The role involves preparing contracts, calendaring deadlines, and coordinating with clients, real estate agents, and other offices to ensure smooth closings.

The ideal candidate has a paralegal education and at least 2 years of real estate experience, with strong Excel skills and excellent organizational and communication abilities to manage

• Associate's degree in paralegal studies or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a real estate paralegal.
• Extensive knowledge of real estate documents.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Superb organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

Position Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented real estate paralegal. As part of the real estate team, you will be handling all aspects of real estate transactions, from initial contract through closing.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing and preparing contracts, calendaring deadlines, and managing the file through and after closing.
• Facilitating communication with clients, real estate agents and other law offices.
